We make onboarding simple: one point of contact, clear timelines, Privacy policy, and fast first wins. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what we need from you.

The 7-step process

Align goals and requirements, presentations, creative design consultancy, video, or a mix.

Procurement
Setup

Vendor forms, tax docs, NDA/ DPA, payment method, and PO details as needed.

3.
Proposal
& SOW

Scope, deliverables, SLAs, milestones, pricing; approve via e-signature/email.

4.
Account &
security

Assign a POC; create a least-access workspace and segregated brand library.

5.
Access &
brand intake

Provide brand kit (guidelines, logos, fonts), reference assets, and any product access.

6.
Roles, comms &
cadence

Name one approver + reviewers; email primary (Teams optional); set IST↔US/UK overlap.

7.
Kickoff
scheduled

Send calendar invite with agenda & stakeholders; production begins under agreed SLAs.

Standard TAT

  • Start of cycle: 9:00 AM IST (≈ 8:30 PM PST).

  • Overnight cadence: a same-day work-in-progress or final (depending on scope) delivered by the end of the cycle..
  • Overnight advantage: US/EU handoff in the evening → review a new cut in the morning.

  • Express options available on request; subject to studio capacity and scope, rush/express fees will apply.

Dependencies that affect timelines

  • Schedules assume a clear brief, required brand assets, and timely responses to questions.

  • If scope changes during the cycle (new items, direction shifts after sign-off), your POC will confirm the updated timeline before proceeding.

  • Procurement steps (PO/vendor onboarding) finished before kickoff.

  • Holidays and special events communicated at intake.
