Client Onboarding
A clear, secure start for your project, from scope and procurement to brand access, approvals, and kickoff. Most onboarding is completed within 1–2 business days once the required information is available.
How we start
We make onboarding simple: one point of contact, clear timelines, Privacy policy, and fast first wins. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what we need from you.
How onboarding works
1.
Scope
and fit
We confirm the project goals, deliverables, timeline, working requirements, and the type of creative support needed.
2.
Proposal and
procurement
We finalize scope, pricing, milestones, and any required vendor forms, NDA/DPA, PO, or billing information.
3.
Brand and
project access
You provide the relevant brand guidelines, files, references, source content, and any secure access required for the project.
4.
Roles and
communication
We confirm the main point of contact, approver, reviewers, communication channels, and review cadence.
5.
Kickoff
scheduled
We confirm the working plan, stakeholders, timeline, and next actions so production can begin.

Standard TAT
Start of cycle: 9:00 AM IST (≈ 8:30 PM PST).

Overnight advantage: US/EU handoff in the evening → review a new cut in the morning.
- Express options available on request; subject to studio capacity and scope, rush/express fees will apply.
Dependencies that affect timelines
Schedules assume a clear brief, required brand assets, and timely responses to questions.
If scope changes during the cycle (new items, direction shifts after sign-off), your POC will confirm the updated timeline before proceeding.
