A Value-Based Creative Campaign for Laid-Off Professionals

Why We’re Supporting Laid-Off Professionals Through Creative Partnership

Partnership is a relationship and a shared commitment to support each other, not just with project requests and formal introduction requests. We at Extended Frames have been blessed and fortunate to have worked with professionals from diverse fields and industries, many of whom has become a source of our inspirations, a friend, a coach, and a mentor. A Partnership has a deeper meaning for us, and it begins with value and understanding.

Lately, though, one thing has become increasingly clear: a lot of people are going through difficult transitions, and they shouldn’t have to do it alone. The layoffs have a diverse impact on many individuals and families, and we wanted to extend our support to laid-off professionals, those affected and who are navigating the changes through our campaign.

What Sparked This Campaign

Like many of you, we have witnessed a wave of layoffs across industries. Some of our clients, collaborators, and peers have found themselves unexpectedly out of work, not because of performance, but because of shifting economies, restructures, and broader market uncertainties.

We have had conversations with them. We have listened to their stories. And we have seen firsthand how hard and confusing it can be to regroup, rebrand, or reposition yourself when the unexpected hits. That is what planted the seed for this campaign to support for laid-off professionals, an idea close to our heart that has been sitting with us for quite a while. And we wanted to act in our own small ways!

From Idea to Initiative

Initially, we considered offering free creative support like brand kits, personal portfolios, presentation makeovers, and so on to only our clients that has been affected as a gesture of goodwill support, as we have been doing for quite a few years. But as we explored it deeper and discussed the idea with our clients and partners, who are so wonderful and supportive with the idea that we want to explore and extend our support to all professionals who are affected, and instead of a ‘free package’, a value-based would be a better approach and that it would be the most meaningful form of help and support.

What we really wanted was to build something sustainable, respectful, and rooted in the kind of collaboration we believe in. So we shifted gears.

Instead of offering free support, we created a value-based support model. This means offering high-impact creative services at significantly reduced and accessible rates to laid-off professionals who are ready to rebuild, reposition, or start something of their own.

Why value-based? Because when both sides have some skin in the game, the outcome is often more intentional and lasting. It allows us to dedicate the right time, thought, and creative energy, and ensures the person on the other side is truly invested in the journey.

Who This Is For

This support for laid-off professionals campaign is for those in transition, professionals who have been laid off or are between roles, and are now preparing to:

  • Seek a new opportunity.
  • Planning or launching a new venture.

We understand how challenging and overwhelming this can be, and that is exactly why we are offering our affordable service packages and our partnership. Our goal is to help bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to your next step. And a support that you are starting from strength, not from scratch!

What You Can Expect

  • Professional-quality design assets
  • Affordable, value-based pricing
  • A collaborative process
  • A creative partnership

Whether you are refining your LinkedIn presence, preparing a pitch for a new venture, or need materials that help you with the new opportunity, we are here to help you all the way.

Why We Care

This is not a marketing campaign (It may well sound and feel that way!). It is our commitment to the people we have worked with, the people we will be working with, and the people we believe in.

Extended Frames was built on the foundation of partnership and trust. We have worked with mid-sized firms to Fortune 500s, but we have always believed in supporting the individual just as much as the institution/ establishment. We have seen how creative clarity can open doors, boost confidence, and build momentum. And in times like these, that’s more important than ever.

We believe in showing up, not just when the work is stable, but especially when things feel uncertain. If our skills and services can help even a few people take the next right step, then this effort will have been more than worth it.

Move Forward Together!

If you or someone you know has recently been laid off, we encourage you to reach out. Whether you need a creative hand, a fresh perspective, or simply a conversation about what’s next, we are here.

We believe in helping people move forward with clarity and confidence. Let’s build that reflects where you are going, not just where you’ve been.

We can do this together!
